         practice notification (weather related) will be updated here and twitter at 4 pm each practice day, and 9 am on Saturday        

Mandatory On water Steers Orientation Sessions are now scheduled on the practice schedule. 

you do not need to pre register, but be sure your waiver has been completed on line
