On-line REGISTRATION PROCESS
For the Crew Manager, this is a description of the entire registration process you can expect for you and the crew members. The first step is the Crew Registration and includes 4 easy Steps that will initiate this entire process
- Crew Manager registers the Crew online via the Website (online Registration)
- Email sent to Registrar with link to approve the Crew Registration
- Email sent to Crew Manager to confirm the registration has been sent to the Registrar for approval
- Registrar approves Crew Registration
- Email sent to Crew Manager with login info to add crew members and their Email addresses to the Crew Roster
- Crew Manager logs in to add Crew Members (and their Email addresses) to the Roster
- Crew Manager adds crew members with their individual Email address
- Email sent to crew members with login info to accept waiver and add required information
- Crew Member logs on
- Crew Member accepts waiver
- Crew Member adds additional required info
Notification Email sent to Registrar re Crew Member(s) have registered and accepted the waiver
Team Information
Registering your team for the Lethbridge Rotary Dragonboat Festival is simple. Just provide the requested information on each page and select the “next” button in the bottom right hand corner.
Once you’ve completed all 4 steps, you’ll receive a “confirm” message and your team will be officially registered.

Practice Times
If you have registered as a local team, you will receive one dryland practice and two on-lake practices.
Additional practices are $40.00 per hour.
Additional coaching sessions are $40.00 per hour.
